Situated 47.3 kilometers from Hyderabad and just 19.7 kilometers from Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple in Yadadri, this new temple has quickly become a spiritual and architectural marvel. Nestled on 22 acres of land owned by the Manepally family, it stands as one of the largest Balaji temples in South India.

Visitors ascend 108 steps to be welcomed by a blend of Pallava, Vijayanagara, Chola, and Chalukya architectural styles. The temple complex includes the Jala Narayana Swami Sannidhi, a water-filled sanctum beautifully lit in the evening. Additional features include the Sreevari Padapeethamu, Lakshminarasimha Mandapamu, Garudalwar Sthambham, Karya Siddhi Hanuman Sannidhi, Garuda Mandapamu, and a Ganesha temple. The Annadhana Sathramu and Kalyana Mandapam are still under construction.

The temple is adorned with four Rajagopurams leading to spacious mandapams and crowned by a five-storied Vimana Gopuram atop the sanctum sanctorum. Inside the garbha griha, a majestic 12-feet tall statue of Lord Sri Venkateshwara, the largest in Telangana, stands. Other notable features include a 120-feet Hanuman Mandapa with a 40-feet monolith statue of Hanuman and a massive bronze bell weighing approximately one and a half tons, the second largest in India.
